All these recipes, that i show here, are very dear to me becaue of the memories i connect to them.
Maybe you want to try them out. Maybe one of them will become your new favorite?
lets find out! Let me know if you find them as tasy, as i do.

Pizza dough and baking tips

The first recipe i want to share is a simple basic pizza dough.
My method takes arround 4hours to make and will give two trays
of pizza but it shall be worth it at the end.
All you need is:

Instructions:
Take a big bowl (preferably a bowl with a lid) and add the flour, salt and yeast inside said bowl.
Now stir all the dry ingredients a little bit untill they are combined. Add the olive oil and water
and mix it with a spoon untill there is no dry flour left. you dont need to be rough on the dough.
also you don't need a machine to do this. when eyerything is combined, close the lid and let it rest for about hlaf an hour.
When the time is up, wet your hands and grab the dough on two opposing sites, lift it, stretch and fold the dough into itself.
do it arround 4 times from all sites and let it rest for another half an hour. repeat it at least 4 times. After the last rest,
thake the dough out of the bowl, put it on the counter and cut it in half. If the dough ist too sticky, just dust it with a little
bit of flour. shape the two halfs into two balls and let them rest in two seperate bowls for one last hour, while you can prepare
your favorite toppings.

My tips for baking:
preheat your oven on maximum heat (tob and bottom heat) and put the baking tray on the lowest shelf in the oven.
bake it for about 10-15 minutes or until ist is as brown as you like. Bon apetit!
